I have win2k installed in my computer with NTFS format and i am trying to convert into FAT32 cause of my slow computer.
But for some reason when i used PQAGIC 6.0 to convert NTFS to FAT32, it's dosen't seems to work..
So is there any other way to do this easier way?

I dont think you can convert from NTFS to FAT without wrecking everything. I beieve you can do it with PM but it will cause the loss of your info on that NTFS drive.

I wanted to do the same thing when I tried to install WinME on a separate partition on my old hard drive, so that I could read my files in Win2k.
There is no *safe* way to convert back, if any at all, without losing your data. Try to backup your NTFS data and reformt the drive.
I wish there was a way though, but that's what I had to do. hope this helps

Your best bet is to be ready to re-setup your OS and programs. But, you can format a drive in FAT32 and then load both drives in one box, running Win2K as the OS to copy from the NTFS drive over to the FAT32 drive to save all of your data!

You can convert from Fat32 to NTFS but the only way to convert back is to reformat and set up FAT32. Sorry. You may be able to use Partition Magic if you have it. Resize the NTFS partition, making it smaller and set the remaining partition to FAT32. This is a safe way to do it if you want to set up a dual boot. If you want the whole thing as FAT32, you must reformat.
