Case Fan mounting Brackets

Well i am going to put 2 case fans in my comp. 1 where it is suppose to go in the front. Butno rrom in back. So i will be putting a hole in the side of my case. So i need some fan mounting things. Anyone know wher I can get them. Plus what is the best way to Make the hole.
