I have been deeply involved in computers for about 5 years. I have built 3 from scratch and rebuilt 5 more. I have installed routers and set up home networks (which isn't all that hard w/Win 98/ME/XP) and I have replaced just about every piece of hardware imaginable, including tracking down and installing a mainboard for an old Packard Bell (it was harder finding the part than it was to install it).
Last week my employer, Service Merchandise, announced that they have decided to CLOSE THE DOORS, by which giving me approximately 4 months to find another career vehicle.
I am wanting to get A+ certified to help dress up my resume and feel I can pass the cert test w/little (if any) study.
Does anyone know of a website that offers a practice test so I can ID my weak points, etc.?
Or does anyone have any other suggestions?
