How to upload file and associate it with a record.

When employees at my company are interviewing and entering candidate information into our database, I am trying to allow them to upload the individual's resume and then associate it with the specific candidate record for future retrieval.

Problem is, I haven't any idea how to do it.

Please help.

If you want to do it your self check out ASP. As long as you have an MS OS on your server it should work.

Check out these ASP components (ready done stuff) : Dundas Upload, csASPUpload

I would suggest looking into ASP and reading around, FileSystemObject's and CopyFile if you want to code it yourself.

Hope it helps a bit to give you some where to start.
