How do you take a certain program and put a password protect on it so that when people are playing CS on my machine they cant go into my Quickbooks and look at my bussiness account?
I would also like to know how to make a program start up on its own and how to stop it from starting on its own....IE..i would like my punkbuster program to automatically start when I reboot my system..I was thinking that I would have to put some kind of exe. to make this work but I do not have a good working knowledge of these type of things..Please send all helps, ideas and links to learn more about these things I have asked and by the way CS is still the number 1 game out there....SIC...:D

Quickbooks should have a password option in the File dropdown menu.

Starting programs at startup is just a matter of dragging the propram shortcut and dropping on Programs - StartUp.

Or when you start the proram look for start options that will do the same thing.

Why not put your PC's idle time to good use by downloading the seti@home client HERE (http://setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/windows.html) and then joining the Sysopt.com Users 2002 Team HERE (http://setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/cgi-bin/cgi?cmd=team_lookup&name=Sysopt.com+Users+2002)

There is a program named SercetEXE and lets you put passwords on the exe files so the people can't launch the program without a password.
