It is by microsoft, of course it will have problems and everything, including tech support will be very slow (like their servers). You might try calling microsoft and raising some hell.

Same thing happened to me, but with "Excite.com". It wouldn't recognize my user name or password. I just gave it a day or two, and then it worked fine.

Don't know if this is the right area to post it, anyways I have a Hotmail account that I use daily, suddenly couple days ago, I couldn't log in. The screen says invalid password and login name combination. I was shocked cuz I did not change anything. Have anyone else encounter this problem!!

Anyways the point is, is there success rate at retrieving your old account. I've email the support but seems like they move in slow motion. Any other ideas how I can get back my account ASAP besides their support. Thanks in advance.
