I've been seeing remarkably low prices on memory at Pricewatch.com and in most every case the memory for some reason is not compatible with the 440BX chipset. In other cases the memory "may not work with older motherboards".
Why is this and what exactly will the BE6II take? Basically I'm trying to see if I can somehow get 256MB of ram for under $100
