Cd rom problem help please

FOr some reason my cd rom is trying to copy the temporary files to the cd instead of my hard drive,

It is not the cd rom, i just replaced it and still the same problem,

Is there a way i can fix this??

Give us a blow by blow of whats going on...what you are doing...are you in DOS or in Windows, what are you trying to copy..we will need something else to work with to try to help.
