What cpu's? I had the same problem until I pencilled the L7 bridges to 1.85v. Has run fine since... also what kinda ram and cas settings? and memory timings? I have a 1.2G oc'd to 1.35G default voltage of 1.76v was not enough to keep it stable.

A friend of mine had that problem, though it was a different mobo, the problem was in the ram. He could not play any games, so he switched ram and now it works just fine... perhaps you got some bad ram from the company...
