BOOT PROBLEMS

I am trying to install a second hard drive but when it is hooked up the system freezes at the windows 98 screen, the system does the same thing when I try the new hard as the master drive by itself. I have a AMD K6 300 pentium 2 on a S7-MVP3 MOTHER BOARD, the original hard drive was a western digitial 4.3 GB and the one I am putting is a Maxtor 20 Gb, I have tried everything and I am about to just give up, please up.

I don't think your mobo support HD larger than 8 GB, you might want to flash the BIOS. If you are comfortable doing it you can find the upgrade here. (http://www.twcasper.com.tw/faq/biosupgrade.htm)
