what the different between CL 2 and CL3 for the SDRAM memory?? which is better?

Cas latency is the time inserted between memory operations. Therefore, the less latency, the better. Cas 2 RAM has significantly better performance than Cas 3 RAM.

True CAS 2 is identified as 2-2-2
CAS 3 is labeled 3-2-2
