Power Fan don't stop in stand-by mode

I had a old ATX mobo from ASUS made on the i440BX base.
After an upgrade to a MSI MS-6337 v5.0 (or LE5?) mobo on the i815EPT chipset, everything was just perfect except one:
On i440BX entering the stand-by mode my Power Fan was turning off, and didn't make any noise. The fan on my CPU ws turned off too.
On i815EPT these fans don't turn off at all, giving a noise.

What should I do to enable such thing in my new mobo?

Check your motherboard manual to see if it supports these features. It may not, or you may need to set up this in the BIOS.
