Just got a weird windows error...

was trying to defrag my c-drive and got an error "windows/history/history...invalid or corrupted" and to do a scandisk to fix it, which I did. Has anyone heard of this error before. I've got cable modem and zonealarm, but I dropped the security to medium to do some things and forgot to raise it back up. Could this have been some kind of attack.

Probably not. IEs "history" & "temp internet files" folders are alittle prone to corruption -- they're alittle different than the standard folder. And it sounds like your history folder might have been "doubled" -- I've experienced that before.
