Cmos battery?

Ok the Machine wont keep the time this is the cmos battery right? I could sware i read someplace that there were a few other things that could cause this too... any ideas?

could be. have you changed it? I know we had the same prob, changing the battery solved it immediatly.

It is most likely the battery but it could also be a Win2K compatibility and www.microsoft.com has an upgrade patch for this.

this happen to me, so i got a new battery and time fixed up. Take your battery out and test it using a muiltmeter.
