I've installed XP on both of my computers. Now I want to remove it from the "older" one and re-install 98. Been online for help, looked in XP for help, no luck. I think I'm really missing 98's option of restart in MS-DOS, and then format the drive. XP is not listed in Control panel-add/remove programs as help says it should be.
What can I do? Thanks!
In other words, how do I re-format the drive in xp

You can wipe the drive just like you use to in fdisk with a 98 bootdisk.

Just pop in a Win98 or later start-up disk and reformat that puppy.
