I've been using windows ME for about 5-6 months now....and when I start my computer, everything seems to be okay...Windows resources stay at about 92%
Howveer, Theres been weird memory leaks, and the resources just fade away after a few hours, then the computer freezes.
I thought the problem was with my RAM, so I brought another 128MB from crucial to make a total of 256MB of memory.
However, the memory leaks still occur at the same rate, and I dont seem to have increased resources.
Is this only a problem with windows ME, or does it also happen on XP? (I'm thinking of upgrading to XP, but if that has memory leaks too, I dont know what to do.) :(

You probably have a program running with a memory leak, or you use your memory up and need to restart every once in a while. Try disabling all programs you don't need running, add them back one at a time to find the culprit. Hope this helps? Many people run XP for weeks without restarting, so I'd say it does not suffer from memory leaks.
