Okay, I just received my memory from AccessMicro.com. I recently ordered the PC133 memory that they had advertised there. Here’s the link:
http://www.accessmicro.com/productinfo.php3?ProductId=SP128PC133MAJOR
I am going to dinner and I will hopefully have an update on the memory when I get back (3 or so hours from now).
The memory stick is labeled with a sticker that says “128MB PC133.” The memory chips are labeled SAMSUNG memory rated at 7.5ns.
Here are my stats on the generic memory that I currently use:
(According to SiSoft’s Sandra2000)
Memory Modules:
KMM366S424BT –GL 128MB 16x(8Mx8)
SDRAM PC125-333-622 (CL3 upto 125MHz)
(CL2 upto 100MHz)
Memory Benchmark:
ALU = 493 MB/s
FPU = 567 MB/s
I am currently running this memory with my Duron 600 @ 850 (8.5 multiplier) on an Abit KT7-RAID motherboard. I have it fully optimized and running at 133MHz (PCI + HostClk). I am going to just swap out my generic memory with this new memory and see if it works. I will give the new SiSoft info when I get this done.
Wish me luck.
