Okay, I just received my memory from AccessMicro.com. I recently ordered the PC133 memory that they had advertised there. Here’s the link:
http://www.accessmicro.com/productinfo.php3?ProductId=SP128PC133MAJOR

I am going to dinner and I will hopefully have an update on the memory when I get back (3 or so hours from now).

The memory stick is labeled with a sticker that says “128MB PC133.” The memory chips are labeled SAMSUNG memory rated at 7.5ns.

Here are my stats on the generic memory that I currently use:
(According to SiSoft’s Sandra2000)
Memory Modules:
KMM366S424BT –GL 128MB 16x(8Mx8)
SDRAM PC125-333-622 (CL3 upto 125MHz)
(CL2 upto 100MHz)

Memory Benchmark:
ALU = 493 MB/s
FPU = 567 MB/s

I am currently running this memory with my Duron 600 @ 850 (8.5 multiplier) on an Abit KT7-RAID motherboard. I have it fully optimized and running at 133MHz (PCI + HostClk). I am going to just swap out my generic memory with this new memory and see if it works. I will give the new SiSoft info when I get this done.

Wish me luck.

I got 10 sticks of supposedly "Zeus" memory from McGlen. It's marked LD, 133WAB, and -7.
Anyone know who LD might be?

Just whatever you do don't say that the Ram bites. While you guys were posting I was buying the same ram from the same company. Good price though for medium end ram.

(According to SiSoft's Sandra2000)
Memory Modules:
128MB 16x(8Mx8) SDRAM PC133U-333-
542 (CL3 upto 133MHz)

Memory Benchmark:
ALU = 476 MB/s
FPU = 581 MB/s

I ended up paying $101 ($91 after rebate) for this. I'm not disappointed. This memory is running at 133 CAS2 on my KT7. I figure that is pretty good for this RAM.

I tried to bump it up to 135 and it got into windows but I started getting errors.

At least it performs as advertised (even a little better). I figure that is all you can ask. I couldn't get it to go any faster at CAS 3 either. So at a minimum it goes 133 CAS 3 but it may go 133 CAS 2 (Mine does, I just wouldn't guarantee it for all the modules).

UPDATE: 10/27/2000
It will do CAS 2 but after playing Diablo II for about an hour, it kicked me out. I have since dropped it down to CAS3 and have not had any problems.
