PC133 CAS 2-2-6 against CAS 2-2-3 or 2-2-2

I received memory from a reseller with the label 128mb PC133 2-2-6.... is this possible? And if it is, how slow is this memory or how bad is it?

That's strange... Anyway, what do you have the settings at in the BIOS? Have you tried setting CAS latency to 2? If so, and there's no complaints, I say keep doing it. Otherwise, it is cheaper RAM.
