to build a new PC I have decided on the following...

Asus A7V mobo
800Mhz Socket A Athlon.
256MB PC100 RAM.
15.3 7200RPM HDD
15.3 5400RPM secondary HDD
Voodoo 4 4500 AGP 32MB Video Card.
SoundBlaster Live Sound Card.
and the regular floppy, CD-ROM, CD-R etc...

I have a full ATX 300W PS.
are there any hardware conflicts with this setup?
I plan to get this this weekend so I'll post a reply to and see how it all goes.

Thanks!

The setup looks good to me, but personally, I like the Geforce2 Ultra Video cards.

It sounds like a good system to me. The only thing that I would consider changing would be from PC-100 to PC-133 RAM. Are you planning on oc'ing this machine? If so (and I do this anyways), buy a golden orb hs/fan. You cant go wrong with that to keep your cpu nice and frosty. Also, on your ps, make sure it meets AMD's specs to avoid probs down the road as your system is going to draw lots of juice.
