I can't enable dma on my delta 12x dvd drive, does anyone know what the problem might be? please help :(

I have windows xp he on it, and only 256mb of memory. A original pny verto geforce3, latest detonator driver 23.11 version. Could the problem be the detonator driver?

The drivers for the motherboard chipset may not support DMA for the DVD drive. Check the version of the chipset and what drivers are installed.

Problem solved, I reinstall windows xp and now it's okay.
