Never ever get EarthLink DSL

I mean it. After signing up with EL all they have gave me is hell! Their Customer Support is HORRIBLE! I have been waiting for my DSL modem for 3 MONTHS. and still nothing. I called Customer Support and all they can say is I'm sorry, you will recieve it in 3 days. I wonder if they got 3 days mixed up with 3 months or are they just stupid.
