I just got KT7-RAID and I don't understand BIOS that good can somebody tell me what do I have to set in the KT7 BIOS to make my machine running at its peak. My system configuration;

T-bird 800
KT7-RAID
128MB PC133 CAS2
30GB IBM Deskstar
anything else you guys need to know?
