Gainward ($170) and Hercules($197) from newegg.com have the best cooling. I've been looking into one that overclocks the best and these are on top. There are other exotic models with faster then 4ns memory, but are more expensive. As far as mainstream go these are great. You can't really go wrong with any good brand. Just don't buy eVGA.
If I buy a Ti200, I'll buy Gainward. I've seen results of 510Mhz+ memory and 235Mhz+ core. These are more then adequate. All I want is 500Mhz memory and 200Mhz core and I'm sure I can get these with any Gainward card. I don't like to run the card at max cause my last one died on me after a few days.

As camaro mentioned...both Gainward and hercules cards are nice.
There is also the PNY (159) which has very good stock cooling and has benn at the top of the test in the last couple weeks. I should have one on my doorstep friday.

Lord Sech-
I'm using a PNY right now and it's working great, however, it doesn't post it's bios on boot like all other cards I've had. I'm curious to know if your's does the same?

Phecky,
I have the Asus Geforce3 Ti200, and mine also does not show details on boot up, like my GTS used to do, dunno why this is, and I'd also like to know. :D

I used Ray Adams Nvidia Bios editor to read my current bios and it appears to be a default factory Nvidia bios. I haven't gone so far as flashing cause I need to- get further instructions, get the flash program, and get more balls!

Ultima:
I sent e-mail to PNY tech support about no video bios post and they apparently didn't understand that the card works fine except for the bios display. They told me to replace card if it doesn't work correctly!! Gee, thanks for the insight!

I have excelllent results with the Asus V8200 TI200 Deluxe, and altough it's more expensive than the other cards, you get quite a nice software bundle and the VR glasses...
And for overclocking.... Well I'm not into that, but I read some reviews (Got Apex website) that says that the Asus overclocks wonderfully.

It's definitely the ASUS (v8200 ti200 Deluxe) for me as I use all the SVHS and composite IN & OUT connectors and its a great card...
It's right up there for speed, but if you're looking for a purely games card then the Gainward/CardEx or the Hercules are all great bits of hardware and generally a fraction faster and more overclockable that the ASUS... look at Tomshardware for some independant reviews...
laters!
