My E machine Beeps 3 Times At shut-down. Is this normal?

I've reconstructed an E maching with Celeron 300 Mz, with video (dam weak), sound, etc. on an all in one card. The only other card is a modem card.

It seems to be running as good as something like this can run, but when I shut it down it gives me 3 beeps during "soft-off". Before I give it away I would like to know if these are trouble codes. I have checked the regular culprits in device mgr, and all is well there.

mine does the same thing. beep beep beep off. always thought it was normal. hey does your have a 180 watt power supply too or did they give you a real one?
