I have always really liked ABIT boards
www.abit-usa.com (http://www.abit-usa.com)
They do direct sell from that site, but there are great specs of each board, so you can pick out the board you like and go find it on pricewatch.

Nor,
Just what you asked for http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif
http://www.soyousa.com/sy6ibm.html
or
http://www.soyousa.com/sy6iwm.html (better board)
Good quality board. Good video for a on-board setup and even has the built-in sound for you and the board supports even faster processors for down the road http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif

Hey guys,
Thanks to Ultima http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif, I am getting a PIII 450 and was wondering if anyone knew of a good inexpensive MOBO. preferably with onboard sound and video so I don't have to buy a new sound and video card right away.
Any suggestions are appreciated!
Thanks

I risk flame, but Amptron boards w/Sis chipsets, in my experience are reliable and very inexpensive.

There are many resellers:

While I don't know MOBO's, I can tell you the PIII 450 you have is going to rock. Even though intel clock locks the processors, it is still terribly fast and comes with some pretty cool software. Very compatible, i love it.

I wont flame ya B! Amptron boards were for a long time the main stay of my business. Had great luck with them.
Another brand that would be less expensive than the one's that I list above would be the Epox motherboards. Very good with good pricing.
http://www.epox.com/html/english/products/motherboard/ep-6vba2.htm (onboard sound but you will need a agp vid card)
http://www.epox.com/html/english/products/motherboard/ep-bxt.htm (both onboard items but uses the I740 vid which I'm not a big fan of)
