Windoze XP Pro

Am i right in thinking that XP Pro doesnt have any of the new fangled pain in the ***** protection problems that everyone is screaming from the rooftops about ?? - If so -- is it suited to a hardcore tweaker liek me -- who's always reinstalling drivers after he's "broken somethin" ;) ..thanks

I'm using Windows XP Pro and Win98, when i clock my cpu i don't get any errors what so ever in Win98...though if i go to XP the system crash. So it ain't that good after all

I use xp pro and I try out every new detonator driver for my vid card- I change login and boot screens and themes- use xteq and other tweak programs- have my athlon overclocked as well as my vid card. I have managed to crash xp a few times trying out different programs, but it is easy to recover from. It is far more forgiving than win98(which is a pain in the *****) There are a lot of customizing sites for xp with a lot of tweak info etc. Try it and you'll probably like it (at least better than win98):)

Please spell windows right. I am tired of people spelling windows wrong. After all windows is great.
