Hotmail and Outlook 98

I've got a Hotmail account aswell as my normal account. My normal account is setup in Oulook 98 and I would also like to use it for the HM account. But when setting it up I come to the part where I have to put in the type of mail service it is, I can't. I get two choices, POP and IMAP (I think) But I need to be able to select a HTTP account (which you can do in Outlook Express)
What can I do?

Microsoft says it cant be done for Outlook 97 and 98. http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q259/1/13.ASP
There is a work-around that you can do for Outlook 2000 however. http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q234/7/04.asp
