I've found 2 procuctd numbers

AMP1800DMS3C & AMP1800BOX

The First Part# is about $50 cheaper than the second, is the difference just retail vs box ?

Which would I be better off with ?

Athlon retail and athlon box are the same.
Athlon retail (box) and OEM (no box), The difference is price and warranty. Other than that they are the same.
