I'm looking to purchase a camcorder, I've already purchased the Viper II AGP W/TV and Studio PCTV Pro PCI. I want to edit video on my PC, then record to the VCR or VHS. Any info would be appreciated.

Over Clocked 10-25-2000, 06:50 PM If you want to use the newest form (and the highest quailty) of video editing, you would need to go with the DV interface. You would need to purachase a Fire Wire (IEE-1394) card, which is not expensive and a DV compatable camera, which is more expensize than a regular camera. The only prob with this is that DV video takes up a HUGE amount of hard drive space... 8 min = 2 gigs of space. You need a lot of HD! SysOpt.com
