How cold does the radiator get ?

Is this an issue ?

If you're worried about condensation, then just put the radiator outside your case.

The radiator is on the cpu.

The Zen should not get any cooler than the air in the case. While an air conditioner uses refrigerant that gives off more heat in the gas phase than in the liquid phase, the refrigerant in the HeatLane is not forced under pressure and thus does not change phase, so it's more like a very thermally-conductive liquid inside the cooler rather than a tiny air conditioner.

Everything should be fine for you to let this run as long as you want it to without it getting condensation on the circuitry.

Radiator temp = Case Temp (while the system is turned off).
Case Temp < Radiator temp < CPU Temp (while the system is turned on).
