What is the difference between a PSU that is ATX340 watt and one that is 340 watt-P4?

A PSU w/ a P4 is a Pentium4 ready PSU. It has the connector to connect to a P4 motherboard and the regular ATX connector. This kind of PSU can still be used on regular ATX systems.
