Upgrade Dell OptiFlex GN+

Was given this system by a friend, and would like to upgrade and add to my home network. How far up the ladder can I go with this system.

With all the great heads out there doesn't anyone know about this system??

All Dell systems have a service tag number. If you don’t find the tag on the outside of the computer, Dell often puts it on the BIOS. Go to http://support.dell.com and locate your system. Under “documentation” find the system specifications. Please post the link to the specs. At a minimum, post the service tag number. Otherwise, I sincerely doubt you will get any responses since Dell used many different components during the life of a give computer series. Also, the OptiFlex was a system usually sold to corporations and not the general public. So enthusiasts may have no idea what the system actually includes.
