:( Lo all. I have a FIC KA-6110 motherboard which i am told can suport SDRAM running at 133mhz. how do i get it to recognise then memory at this speed coz it only runs it at 100mhz. If u manually set the bios to 133mhz windows refuses to load and just keeps reseting. And yes i have 2 slots of 128mb SDRAM running at 133mhz...... please help me...... ta

Well, first off, ram runs at the system bus speed. If you have a board that runs at 100 mhz, thats what your ram runs at.
If that FIC board is one of the mid to late 90s boards, it dosn't like the newer PC133 high density ram. I have the FIC 503+ and it will not work good with PC133 ram modules. I bought some and had troubles. I had to back up to PC100 modules. Mine is a 1998 model with a K6-2 500 AMD cpu.
If your board supports PC133 and you want the ram running at 133 mhz, then run your cpu at 133 mhz fsb.
You didn't mention what cpu you have...if it is a Tbird or Duron, it may be locked at 100 mhz. You may need to unlock it for it to run at 133 mhz fsb...if your board supports 133 mhz which I think it must if you have a setting for this in bios.
When you set up for 133 mhz fsb, you must also lower your cpu multipliers so that you are not overclocking it too far, or the system will not boot.
