Top Performance Disabled or Enabled?

On my GA-7VTXE I have loaded 'Optimized Defaults' for my Bios settings. If I enable 'Top Performance' under the 'Chipset Features Setup' will this enhance my system or should I leave it disabled?

This is known function for latest Gigabyte mobos, since the first Socket A ones. If you got good RAM, you can try enabling "Top Performance", I don't really know what it does exactly, something with memory timings, I guess, but I saw noticable improvements in SiSoft Sandra CPU and RAM benchmarks.
You should try, anyway.
