hello all
I was just wondering if there was anyway to increase above the default max windows volume, I have everthing fully cranked and the latest drivers but I find audio playback to soft.
I'm running Windows Xp, I use headphones and have a Creative128bit sound card.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

You can get little headphone amplifier boxes that would od that, I now maplin sell themn in the UK and assume somewhere like RadioShack will sell them in America. However, I don't think you will be able to tr them up louder on your computer, as the amplifier circutry on your soundblaster is probably close to its limits already.

I use my stereo to drive my computer audio. Much better than computer speakers!

I use a powered subwoofer and i have to turn it up befor i play counterstrike with my headphones on. Start/settings/controlpanel/sounds and multimedia. Under audio soundplay back hit the volume key. Under properties you can pick different sound you want to appear in the control box. Turn them up slowly.

Good luck.
