Wanna replace a mini-tower micro atx mobo.
Looking for something fairly recent (200 mhz FSB) that supports at least PC133 SDRAM,

3 - 4 PCI slots

2 - USB 1.1 ports

onboard video AGP ok or agp slot

onboard sound AC97 or 98 ok

AMD or Intel CPU's , don't really care.

A mobo/cpu-fan combo would be good.

Not interested in overclocking.

reasonably priced

If an integrated LAN and included AMR modem save you a PCI slot, then you can go with the very popular PC-Chips M810LMR.

SiS 730S chipset, graphics, 4-channel sound, LAN and modem integrated (AMR modem card included), two PCI, one AGP slot, 4 USB. Takes Durons and Athlons.

But beware if you're replacing an existing board: Most older mATX cases have ridiculously wimpy power supplies, so you might want to stick with a SLOW Duron or else the whole box may be unstable or not working at all.

I would try to find a better board than the PC-Chips part, as my experience of these boards is that they are fairly low quality "cheep" boards, mine only lasted a year before it terminatd itself (for once I was not responsible for something in my PC's death!). try searchig for mATX on somewhere like insight, and try choosing a board from one of the more reputable manufacturers.
