It seems my new board[K7T pro2] has been sent to me with a dead power LED output!
I really don't want to send it back because other than this little problem, my board is stable and working great!

If anyone here knows of an alternate way of hooking up a Power LED I would appreciate a little help on this one.

Thanx!

P.S its not hooked up backwards by the way.

Are you sure its not connected backwards? Have you tried turning the plug around?

Lmao!
I said it wasn't hooked up backwards in my previous post.
Thanx for trying.

Try the hard drive LED on the pins for the power on LED. They are the same thing. This will test the mainboard output to the LED pins. If the hard drive LED works on the pins for the power, then the LED on the case is dead.

nope, the hdled doesn't work on the power output. The power led will work when hooked up to the hdled though, so I guess the led's work just fine physically.

Yep, looks like it is RMA time for the mainboard. (unless you will be satisfied with it not showing the power on LED.)
