KG7-RAID...Should I be nervous?

After much research into a DDR board that fits my needs, I decided on the KG7-RAID (moving from KT7-RAID for the DDR and AMD XP). I keep seeing statements like, 'KG7 has had it's problems', and 'incompatibility issues', and 'good board but be careful'. On the other hand, I've read that it is a great board.

For those that have this board...do you recommend it or has it been a headache and Epox (or some other MB) might be a better choice?
