Which link is faster?

Which link downloads faster or is it the about the same duration?
The picture is the same in both cases:

they both came up as page cannot be displayed to me but the shorter one came up after about 4 seconds and the longer one took about 7 seconds

Thanks for your help. Both links aren't really on the net, they're just examples. What I want to know is if a picture contained inside a folder which is inside another folder itself, takes more time to download that a picture that is not contained within a folder. Thanks a lot!!!
