The initial BIOS we received only have 3 options for you to choose from 100/100, 100/133 and 133/133. With the new BIOS, we are able to select a list of new FSB and they include a few more options like 112/112, 124/124, 138/138, 150/150, 133/166. We tested 138/138 and it works flawlessly. As for 133/166 and 166/166, the system could not boot at all. 150/150 only works if CAS timings are set to 2.5T. (6x150=900Mhz). scored 696/801 in SiSoft Sandra Memory Benchmarks.

WHERE can I get hold of this new BIOS. I searched ECS website i don't see it there, so where do I get this NEW BIOS. I WANT to push my 1.33 atleast 10x138 or 10x150 and push this chip to the limit

Hi,

Until the official BIOS version 011016 there were no more frequency choices than in original version. There is new BIOS out now (011109) but I have not tried it yet, so, I do not know if there are more frequencies added (I really doubt it).

However, there is such thing as overclockers BIOS and there indeed are more frequency choices (the latest OC BIOS is 010911).

Good luck!
