I install a western digital 45 gig ultra ata 66 5400 rpm on my computer yesterday. i used the western digital data lifeguard tool to copy my files from my old drive to the new one. It copied all the files but would not allow me to access the drive. The data life tool said that the device was not controlled by my systems bios. I formatted the drive and now i have access to it but it will now allow me to store any information on it. When i try to put any thing on the drive my computer crashes. Motherboard; fic 503+ - Processor: amd k62-400 - Operating system: - windows 2000 pro - Memory: 128 mgs pc133. Please help
