Runtime Errors on This Message Board!!??

[Cygnus-X1]

Lately every time I log in to this message board I get a prompt that reads:
" A RUNTIME ERROR HAS OCCURED
DO YOU WISH TO DEBUG?
LINE 1075 (OR) 176
ERROR: EXPECTED ')' "

This happens everytime I click on these pages. Is there some new coding that has been added to this web or has my machine all of a sudden decided not to like this page??

Win 98 SE, with all the latest MS Updates.
