I have a SupraExpress 56i VCC modem which has worked well on NT4 and 98, since installing W2k; the modem faxes and dials ok but unable to make internet connections with any provider. BT Internet, BT Click, FSB MSN, etc.
It dials out and registers user name and password and either claims "failed to connect" or "Error 720" depending the ISP software. I have the same set up on a lap top running ME which connects with no problem.
Have tried various combinations of the settings with no improvement. Suspect it must be a incompatability between W2k and the diamond modem; any ideas ????
