Had my new system for a week. First timer with Nvidia
P4 1.6
ECS P4ITA2 mainboard
256mb PC800
GeForce2 GTS 64mb, Det drivers 21.83
DirectX 8.1
Tried 8 and 8a(same problem)
Monitor refresh 85hz(as recommended by manufacturer)

When I play games(RedFaction, Aliens vs Pred2, Max Payne) the video has a lot of flashing going on. Kind of like triangular shapes. Mostly greenish. Not so bad that it makes it unplayable, but very annoying after all the cash I just laid out. It also has flashing lines when running 3dMark. Especially during the dragon scenes.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated:mad:

Sounds like a oc problem. Did u oc your card?. Try old drivers and new beta drivers to see wuts the problem. Try the 22.8, they are fast and mite solve your problem too. Also, try using nvmax to tweak it, maybe that will fix the problem.

22.8 got rid of the flahing. Also improved 3d Mark score. Still has some tiny dots, specs showing up though.

I had the same problem. I removed the card and reseated the card in the AGP slot. All is okay.

I'll give that a try. It seems that the change of drivers helped a couple of games, but now I have the same thing in a new game I installed.
