windows2000 best task manager!!! is there such task manager for win98????

i really need such powerfull task manager.
i need to know for example every application cpu utilization. and many things that i cant do in win98. is there anywhere on the web task maneger for 98 that could do this?

Don't know 'bout W98, but Micro$$'s old Kernel Toy, WinTop, does the exact same thing for W95. Seems it will work in W98:
