I followed all the instructions and have processed 2 chunks of data but it is not showing up as haveing done so, is it just me or is it a general problem.

Same thing happened to me. I inquired and I was told that it's their system's process (or something like that) and not your pc.

It took a minute for my stats to get there, but they did eventually.
