hi there
Could someone help me the procedure to change my bad CMOS.
I change the battery but still my PC could not able to detect the HDD config everytime i ON the PC. So i have to manually config and sometimes it doesnt work.

Welcome to SYSOPT.....
Refer to you motherboard manual....
Look on your motherboard (mobo) there should be a "jumper setting" to reset your CMOS. the manual will tell you how to do this and where it is at on your mobo.

once resetted, what will happen? will it have the default value?
how can i bring back the default manufacturer's setting?

Wide,
It will restore your mobo to the original manufacture settings. Then you can go into your bios and set your system setting to whatever you want them to be (ie .. if you oc (overclock) your processor and your fsb and your voltage accordingly ect.) Or your can set them to the optimal defaults, ususally at the bottom of your bios screen. Hope this helps and Good Luck.;)
