Registered OCX Files

I have some older distributed VB applications form a previous job and would like to use them again. When I launch them I get error messages saying 'Component ?????.ocx not correctly registered: file is missing or invalid'. The ????? part corresponds to different files for different applications. I don't have a copy of VB anymore. Where do I get these files and how do I register them. I am using W2000.
