acpi conflict

When i install drivers for my MIRO PINNACLE PCTV card and only when i install them, occurs a irq conflict problem with my acpi function???:confused: Only when i put my computer in stand-by mode and wake him up after a while do i lose my sound application ??:confused: And the pci bus for the energie tasks happens to have the same irq number as my PCTV card???
I update my card with the newest drivers and it does not resolve the problem??

Can anybuddy give me some sort of solution??:D

OK.. Try moving the card to another slot and see if that fixes the problem.. If you try all the slots and still can't get it to work right.. Why not just DISABLE ACPI and set screen saver to blank screen and you get basically the same effect. The biggest power saving is when your monitor turns off, not when the computer powers down. Some MOBO's have bad implementation of ACPI and with the right hardware will work just fine and with the wrong hardware ACPI turns into a nightmare.
