A few weeks ago I e-mailed Microsoft to query about a Microsoft product. They didn't reply me directly in the mail, but gave me an automated e-mail, asking me to phone their hotlines to talk to their engineers directly.
A few days later after that incident, I started to receive advertisement e-mails from Microsoft (I'd like to call it SPAM).
What the hell were they trying to do? Subscribing me to their mailing list when all I did was just send a query e-mail to them. Microsoft is just so unscruplous... :mad:
